Here is the schedule of meetings for 2011-2012:

We are now meeting at Canyon Springs High School in Moreno Valley. Meeting times have changed, so please update your schedules!

All general meetings will begin in the Theater.

Monday, June 13, 2011 4:00PM - 6:00PM New member registration. Returning members who have already paid the dues for the season may collect their kits at this time. Priority will be given to new members. The last 30 minutes of registration, returning members may pay their dues and late fee and receive a kit (subject to availability).
Monday, June 13, 2011 6:00PM - 8:30PM Assignment policy, Summer Boot Camp, pictures, other administrative tasks. Nominations for board positions. No registration will be conducted during or after this meeting!

Various Various Summer Boot Camp sessions. See ArbiterSports for locations, dates and times for all summer sessions. Mentors will work with all new members, C4's and C5's. Those officials not attaining the minimum rating of C4 will NOT be given game assignments for the coming year.

Wednesday, August 10, 2011 5:30PM - 7:30PM New members (rated C4 or higher), C4's and mentors only. C5's may attend, but will not receive certification on or after this date. Those members whose attendance is not required, will not receive credit toward certification hours.
Monday, August 15, 2011 5:45PM - 7:45PM All members are required to attend. Instruction, new rules, new mechanics, general overview.
Wednesday, August 17, 2011 5:45PM - 7:45PM All members are required to attend. Instruction TBA.
Monday, August 22, 2011 5:45PM - 7:45PM All members are required to attend. Instruction TBA.
Tuesday, August 23, 2011 4:30PM - 6:30PM New members (rated C4 or higher), C4's and mentors only. Those members whose attendance is not required, will not receive credit toward certification hours.
Wednesday, August 24, 2011 5:45PM - 7:45PM All members are required to attend. Instruction TBA.
Monday, August 29, 2011 5:45PM - 7:45PM All members are required to attend. Classification exam must be completed by midnight on this date. It will be given online.
Wednesday, August 31, 2011 5:45PM - 7:45PM Make-up meeting. Make-up classification exam must be completed by midnight on this date. It will be given online.
TBA Various Scrimmages, as assigned.
Saturday, October 15, 2011 9:00AM - 11:00AM Mandatory mid-season meeting. Game situations review. Anyone that misses this meeting will NOT be eligible for playoff assignments and will be subject to a minimum schedule for the following year. This meeting will be at Canyon Springs High School in the Theater.
Monday, October 17, 2011 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Mandatory mid-season meeting (second chance). Game situations review. Anyone that misses this meeting will NOT be eligible for playoff assignments and will be subject to a minimum schedule for the following year. This meeting will be at Canyon Springs High School in the Theater.
