The goal of this site is to provide our members and local area coaches and administration with up to date information on rules, mechanics, interpretations, clinics and other areas where they can improve the quality of officiating offered to the high schools and colleges in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.

News and Information

There have been some changes to the board recently. Vince Rosse has resigned as Instructional Chairman. Randy Hlebasko has been appointed by the board to complete his term in office. Bill Dickerson has resigned as Secretary/Treasurer and Mary Ann Spradlin has been appointed as Interim Secretary/Treasurer.

The position of Secretary/Treasurer will be open for election at the earliest opportunity (as per our Constitution and Bylaws below).
